 A warm welcome to the Step by Step webpage! We are glad to give you some information about our long term training of trainers. The major aim of the courses is to equip project organisers with the skills, knowledge and tools to manage the process of defining, preparing, implementing and evaluating projects on national or/ and international level. The course is designed to give participants the opportunity to experience, and reflect upon, being a trainee and a trainer. The course is designed as a mutual learning situation where participants can learn from each other and from the experiences they encounter during the course.

Under the heading “Partners & Participants” you find, according to the participating countries, information about some interesting foundations. In the Events Calendar you may get additional data about recent workshops and meetings. Before long you will also be able to read short resumes of former trainings. Here you will also find project ideas and their schedules organized by the “Step by Step” participants.
