    Aim of noOR (Eesti Erinoorsootöö Ühing noOR)

Estonian Special Youth Work Organisation noOR promotes the empowerment and integration of young people with less opportunities in the society and those who intent to cooperate to support integration.

 

 

Objectives of noOR

  Estonian Special Youth Work Organisation noOR have the following objectives:  

  • Develops practical actions that support the integration of disable people in our society and enable them to face daily challenges;
  • Facilitates activities, trainings and exchanges that encourage youth participation in civil society, personal development, European mobility, and international volunteer opportunities for young people;
  • Empowers young people with social, economical and educational obstacles to have similar possibilities as mainstream young people;
  • Creates a network that intends to promote the integration of the young people with less opportunities in the society;
  • Develops mobility projects to increase the awareness of the cultural diversity, especially about disabilities and social obstacles for young people;
  • Supports at-risk young people developing action that involves them in the local, national and international community.

    Organisation   Board Members Tasks, Rights & Duties

  • To get information in proper time about all the activities of nor;
  • To monitor and supervise actively the Activities Reports and Financial reports;
  • To be committed to the aim and objectives of noOR;
  • To develop contacts that support noOR to achieve their goals;
  • To develop and report to the Project Manager all the strategies plans for noOR;
  • To be a member with voluntary work basis;
  • To have priority in access noOR projects and/or actions

    Project Manager Tasks, Rights & Duties

  • To inform all the Board member about all activities developed by noOR in proper time;
  • To develop, monitor, evaluate and report all the activities developed by noOR;
  • To be committed to the aim and objectives of noOR;
  • To be a member with a professional work basis;
  • To propose and develop action/projects to achieve the Annual Plan designed by the board members;
  • Does not develop any professional work which goes against the aim of noOR or that create a conflict of interests;

    Recognised Volunteers – Tasks Rights & Duties

  • To fill the application form and be accepted by the Board Members and the Project Manager of noOR;
  • To be committed with the aims and objectives of noOR;
  • To be a member in voluntary basis;
  • To propose projects/actions to the Project Manager;
  • To support and to develop projects/action for noOR coordinated by the Project Manager;
  • To have priority in access nOR activities/actions

 

MTU Kultuur aitab hingata

Our NGO Kah stands for Culture helps to breathe (Kultuur aitab hingata in Estonian) and it was established on 3rd September 2009. We organize various cultural events from in-formal story telling events to 3-day festivals. We are participating with several Youth in Action programme organizations  and have been partners for several YiA projects.

We value heritage and folk tradition (lore) and stress on quality and personal interest to the topic.
